Elderflower Orange Macaron

Elder trees and the berries that grow on them were once said to contain a bit of magic. While we don’t think that’s true, our elderflower and orange French macaron does taste a little magical. It’s sweet and yet a little floral. The forest green outer shell is reminiscent of the leaves of the tree of which this macaron’s flavor comes from.
